Hourly Care
We understand that remaining in your own home and preserving independence is crucial for most seniors and adults needing assistance. The non-medical services we provide range from help with daily activities like bathing, dressing and household chores to accompanying you to a doctor’s appointment or community event to offering genuine companionship over tea or during a leisurely walk together.
Our hourly care packages are suitable for those who need an extra helping hand for a short period of time. Whether you or your loved one needs physical help or emotional support, our compassionate caregivers are here for you.
Live-in Care
Our live-in care service assigns a dedicated caregiver to a personalised care plan, allowing your loved one to receive support within the comfort of their own home. Whether they require this service for a short-term or long-term period, it provides reassurance and actively promotes and preserves their independence.
We tailor the experience completely around our client’s unique requirements. This could include medication runs, shopping, walks, gardening, and even learning about technology. We can help your loved one learn how to use a phone or computer to allow them to stay in touch with their family and friends. We can get them outdoors, help them with their cooking and cleaning, and take them out for lunch, all the little things that can make the most significant difference to them.

Remaining at home and maintain independence is important to many people. Care is provided at the time of day to suit you. This includes any social activity, companionship, personal care and medication. With this package, you will receive a small team of dedicated carers to your package, building trust and rapport, so you are always dealing with a familiar face! This helps to provide you with the comfort and stability that you need. Our team is here to help with all daily tasks, provide companionship, and help in any way that they can. 

Emergency Care

At South Coast Home Care, we understand the importance of seamless care transitions and the reassurance that comes with having a dedicated support system in place. We can set up emergency discharges from the hospital within a 48-hour period. Our experienced care management team works diligently to ensure a smooth transition from the hospital to the comfort of your own home. This provides the client and families with the reassurance and comfort that our experienced care management team provide. We don’t just support in the event of hospital admissions, perhaps you have had a fall and don’t require hospitalisation, but you may need support with your recovery in your own home. Our team is here to support you every step of the way. Our dedicated care professionals are equipped to provide personalised assistance tailored to your specific needs. Whether you require help with daily activities, medication management, or rehabilitation exercises, we’ll work closely with you to develop a comprehensive care plan that supports your recovery journey.

Pet Packages

You may find that the prospect of caring for your beloved pet becomes more daunting if you are ageing, unwell or if you have a relative who feels they can no longer provide full support for their pets any more. That’s where pet care at home can help.

We can support with feeding your pets, dog walking, running errands and attending vet appointments.

Contingency Care Planning Package

The CCP package enables you to become a client of ours and register with South Coast Home Care. This allows you to have a fast-track care package with us if you ever need it. The package includes a one-hour face-to-face or remote care session. It gives you full access to a specialised care manager who will help you with appointments, referrals, and manage speaking to GPs and other care professionals on your behalf.

CCP gives you access to remote support from 06:30 – 22:00 7 days a week and 365 days per year with a specialist manager and face-to-face reviews within office hours when required.

If you require further care in the future, a fast-track system is in place, as you are already registered. Another assessment will happen to ensure that you get the right care package to suit your needs.
